Sacramento Municipal Utility District offers financing on approved installs.  Certain restrictions apply on equipment.  You must be a SMUD customer and be approved by their credit department.  You can use up to 10 years to pay off your new system.   They also offer rebates on approved  high efficiency equipment.  Go to http://www.smud.org/rebates/index.html for more information.

Electric & Gas Industries Association offers financing for your home improvements.  They have a variety of programs available including no interest and no payment options.
